Uses

• Diffuse 3 drops each of Roman Chamomile, Lavender, and Vetiver essential oils in the bedroom to help improve sleep.
• Combine 5 drops of Roman Chamomile Essential Oil, 3 drops of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil, and 10ml of Sweet Almond oil into a roller bottle. Roll the mixture onto the wrists, neck, and bottom of the feet to help relax the body and release tension.
• Add a few drops of Chamomile Essential Oil to your favorite moisturizer to help soften and smooth the skin.
