Given that it is generally viewed as beneficial use on all ages (including infants!), we consider Chamomile Essential Oil a must-have in all houses. It blends well with Bergamot, Clary Sage, Lavender, Geranium, Jasmine, Neroli, Patchouli, Tea Tree, Rose, Lemon and Ylang Ylang. We suggest a dilution of 4%. (To achieve: add 4 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil.) Topically: Dilute with a carrier oil and then rub on the abdomen, neck, feet, and down the spine. it can also be used as a massage oil on fussy babies, upset toddlers, or even grouchy adults. Or, as an easier option you can choose the pre-diluted rollerball! Diffuse: Can be diffused to create a calm and serene atmosphere. May be diffused by itself or in combination with other oils. Notes: Although generally considered one of the safest oils, we do suggest that you always combine Chamomile with a carrier oil to a dilution of 4%. (To achieve, add 4 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil).
