Sublimation transfers:

Must be pressed 50% polyester or higher. 100% polyester for best results. Works best on light or white garments. These transfers do not print white where there is white in a design the shirt color will show through. You must use a heat press for these transfers a regular iron will not work.

Directions: Using heat press heat at 400degrees farenheit for 60 seconds
