A burnisher is an indispensable tool used to turn the thin burr on cabinet scrapers that makes them so indispensable. This Narex burnisher has a beautifully turned stained Hornbeam handle, brass ferrule and highly polished high carbon steel rod. Rod is 3/8 in diameter, 6 long and hardened and tempered to Rockwell 62-64. Handle is 5-1/2 long and 1-1/2 in diameter. Overall length is 11-1/2. Made in Czech Repubic by Narex Tools.
