Mar 26, 2020 - How to fix a dried out felt tip pen: 1. Fill a glass enough to the top with warm (not hot!) water 2. Place your pen in tip-down and fully submerge it in the water for one minute. You may need to hold it down with your finger 3. Remove from water and wrap in paper towel to remove excess water That's it! You may need to wait a few minutes but your pen will be good as new! I do this with my Papermate Flair pens but it works with almost all felt-tip pens.
