We will transform old books and recycle them into personal art expressions that respond to our needs and goals. The goal is to address therapeutic concerns and positive emotions through the pages of your altered book/art journal. Altered books can provide a symbolically layered means of exploring your life, especially when art is made intentionally for growth and wellbeing.
