HOW TO CLEAN YOUR WOOD CHARCUTERIE BOARDS AND TRAYS:
- Wipe off your board and hand wash with water, soap and cleaning cloth
- Wipe dry with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth
- Let it air dry overnight
- Oil as needed with wood butter, a combination of mineral oil and beeswax, just enough to cover the wood with an even coat
- Let wood hydrate for 2-3 hours
- Wipe off extra wood butter with a clean cloth
Please remember, do not soak board, no submerge in water, no dishwasher, no harsh chemicals.
