The scale on this piece is sculptural at a whooping 3 . This is not a lightweight piece but has some real heft to it. The sculpted frame has been crafted with a hybrid of elements : geometric/abstract shape with rugged, burnished finish on the frame with a handcrafted metalwork done in base metal with gold plating (tested and confirmed). I vote this one into the Brutalist school of design for these elements.

This very rare 1960s, Mid Century yellow and gold sun is simple yet show its artistry, and it has Mr. We's signature stained glass look. This is not a lightweight piece but has some real heft to it. The gold plated, textured bezel frame and sun rays has been crafted with all the elements mentioned in the description: figural shape with rugged, burnished and textured and jagged edges, with a handcrafted metal work done in base metal with gold plating.
