The TAK is our top seller, it's a great mid-sized knife with a comfortable design. (Just don't ask us what T.A.K. stands for.) It is available in 2 different metals. 1095 (high carbon) and 14C28N (stainless). This is a knife blank, meaning that it's a thick piece of metal cut in the shape of a knife; it isn't sharp and there is no handle. Your job is to turn it into a beautiful knife. All knife-quality steels are annealed to make shaping your knife easier. Steel will need to be heat treated(hardened) in order to keep an edge.
The Small Thing is a beautiful knife with a nice curve and perfect hand feel. This knife is available in 5/32 80crv2 carbon steel and 1/8 AEB-L stainless steel.
