Color Fast & Easy Care: - This patch can get wet! - Colors won’t run or bleed, or fade even after many washings - Machine washable in hot water, dryer safe, will not shrink - Cleaning does not cause it to pucker and loose it’s shape - The Image will not crack like vinyl, screen printing & iron on transfers. - Long Lasting Readability - No embroidery to loosen, trap dirt & snag - Created using dye sublimation, a transfer process that embeds color into durable stain resistant polyester twill. My hook fastener patches are made with VELCRO® Brand fasteners: - Each piece of fastener is cut to cover the entire back of the patch. - Bonded with commercial strength adhesive AND sewn around the entire edge. - I use a tight zig-zag/appliqué stitch @ 25-30 stitches per Inch. - The stitches wrap around the patch edge & through the fastener - This type stitch increases seam strength, creates a smoother edge & - Eliminates the raw hook fastener edges that scratch and collect “stuff” - The top stitching is invisible & blends with the top side edge/border. Hand washing/air drying is recommended for hook fastener patches. The hook attracts fibers & it becomes difficult to clean the back of the patch. This may impact the functionality of your patch. It is very important for me to offer my customers a quality product that functions as described. Before offering patches with hook and loop fastener, I tested several different kinds. I concluded that hook and loop materials may look the same, but definitely do not preform the same. Which is why I only use VELCRO® Brand hook and loop. Don’t let the generic stuff fool you!
