This CAD-CUT® Hologram Heat Transfer Vinyl is designed to create a bright and impactful look that will catch everyone's attention. With its shiny prism-like finish, this heat transfer material creates a mesmerizing rainbow effect that shifts as the wearer moves. The high gloss and vibrant colors make any design truly stand out.
Crafted from polyester, this hologram heat transfer vinyl is not recommended for multi-layer applications. It has a thickness of 100-115 microns (.1-.115 mm) and offers excellent stretch and rebound properties. The material is CPSIA certified and compatible with laser cutters, providing you with endless creative possibilities.
Applying the hologram heat transfer vinyl is a breeze. Simply follow the 1-color application instructions, which involve applying firm pressure at a temperature of 320°F/160°C for 10-15 seconds. For hat press applications, the Hotronix® 360 IQ™ Hat Press is recommended, with a time of 45 seconds and medium pressure. After application, peel the carrier cold or warm/cold depending on the method used.
Not only does Stahls Hologram HTV Crystal or Cracked Ice create stunning designs, but it is also easy to care for. Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent, and avoid bleach. You can dry it at a normal setting on household machines, but dry cleaning is not recommended. For storage, keep it in a cool and dry area away from direct heat, sunlight, and humidity. The recommended shelf life is one year.
