For superior safety, this portable butane range features a lock feature that locks the butane canister in place, allowing the range to ignite; if the lock is not in place, it will not ignite. This unit comes with everything you need to fry, sear, scramble, and saute all of your signature dishes right away! The versatile 8" non-stick NSF aluminum fry pan cleans up fast, and with a shallow, curved wall design, this pan allows for easy stirring and prevents steam from forming in the pan. This pan's professional quality, heavy-duty 3003 series 11 gauge aluminum alloy construction distributes heat evenly, while its satin finish is perfect for restaurants and caterers alike. A large hole at the end of the aluminum handle makes for easy storage and the handle itself is riveted on to ensure a very rigid connection between handle and vessel, guaranteeing longevity even in a commercial kitchen. This pan should only be washed by hand. The included handle sleeve is the ideal way to cook comfortably while protecting yourself from burns.
