Starting at the top of your head, section hair down the middle and apply a few drops of oil directly along the scalp. Part and oil your hair in 1 inch sections until the entire scalp is oiled. Expect a mild cooling effect once applied. Massage the scalp for 2-5 minutes. Leave in for 30 minutes - 3 hours, then shampoo. You may have to shampoo your hair 2-3 times to get all the oil out.
