Tape is not NSF-61 certified Our high quality 2" Double-Sided RPE Liner tape is an option when heat welding with a hot air gun might be impractical.  With RPE liners, the best way to seam the liner is with a hot air gun, which will actually melt the two layers of liner together.  However, sometimes a faster and easier solution is needed, which is when we use the RPE tape.  The double-sided tape is often used when attaching a patch of RPE liner overtop of a damaged area, or when attaching a pipe boot to the main liner.  The double-sided tape can be used in the seam between the patch and the main liner. For double-protection, a layer of single-sided tape should be used overtop as a second layer.Available in full rolls (50'), or in partial rolls by selecting the option above.In order for the tape to work, all surfaces must be very clean with no debris or dirt.
