This battery powered gold and silver pen plating kit is ideal for getting started with selective gold and silver plating. It's great for selective plating of jewellery, electronic repairs, dental work and coins. Because the battery powered gold and silver pen plating kit is powered by replaceable batteries, it's completely portable and easy to store. This kit includes a crocodile clip protector which should be slipped over the crocodile clip between uses. This prevents the crocodile clip touching the battery pen electrode and running down the batteries while the pen is in storage. Please click on the 'Examples' tag for guidance on this. You can use it with our range of pen plating solutions and our Coloured Metal Mixers to plate rose gold and other colours. Please note; this kit is not suitable for plating on non-conductive surfaces.
