The head piece is handmade with real feathers and a little bit of bling and sparkle. You can choose to have the headpiece attached to a clip or stretchy headband. This custom made tutu dress is perfect for a parrot themed birthday party or photo shoot. The top of the dress is a stretchy crochet tutu dress top and is covered in real feathers that provides full coverage in the front. The skirt part of the dress is made With lots of tulle for a full and fun look. The back of the skirt portion is made slightly longer and feature scattered feathers. A unique finish to the tulle makes the ends of the dress pointy and super cute. This dress is red, green, yellow and blue. You CAN request a different color scheme. This dress will be created in a knee length style with the back slightly longer unless requested otherwise. Please send me your child's measurements in a message or notes at checkout.
