THIS PALETTE INCLUDES 60 SHADES + 2 BRUSHES (Our Precision Eyeliner Brush & A Flat Brush) HOW TO USE: To activate this product you will need: A eye liner brush and a bit of water· Wet the brush· Mix well and apply the creamy consistency to your skin. You may keep wetting the brush to mix the product to achieve the creamy consistency that works- Clean the brush before dipping into the next shade· Let the Wet Liners fully dry before storing it away. It is recommended to perform a patch test on a smaller area on the skin to insure irritation does not occur. If it does, discontinue use of product immediately. Use with caution around the eye area. *Please note that these are not waterproof and work best under dry circumstances.
