Strathmore Bristol Board is made and produced with supremely smooth paper. The Pad contains 20 sheets of bristol paper. These sheets have a neutral pH size (internally) which makes them genuinely acid-free, as well as being 270gsm (100lb) which is designed to be used with Pens, Pencils, and Other Dry media. The paper has a Smooth surface that is designed to be used for sketching with both light and dark media.

Strathmore Bristol Board is cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the paper. The cover is paperback and is fairly thick stock for durability. The bind is glued, and the paper inside is bright white in colour. This pad is slightly thick and a great accessory if you are interested in sketching, fine detail work or technical illustration.
