Our Felt Tote was designed to help people stay organized in their home and work offices. For most of my professional career I sold office furniture to corporate offices. I was always dismayed that it was so difficult for people to purchase contract level furniture for home use, so we designed the tote as a storage solution that could transition easily into both work and home offices. I discovered a passion for designing products later in life and all I did was take every day items that were important to me and try to improve upon them. I thought that office storage was cold and impersonal, so I decided to use Pet Felt as a material. I looked at other felt products on the market and most were flimsy and not suitable for rugged use, so we made our tote basket from a thermoform plastic recycled PET felt material. I wanted a solution that could be housed anywhere, under your desk, on a bookshelf, or on the floor. I am so very excited at how popular our tote has become that I have decided to bring the tote to for home use to those that appreciate more elegant storage solutions!
