M.O.E. (Mobile Operation Expert/Engineer) is a a Bat-Robot create by Batman. he specialize in repair jobs for Bam and the rest of The Batwheels. On certain occasions he will add enhancements to the team (like when Moe added wings to Bam in order to save Batman and stop Penguin's evil scheme in Up in the Air) Moe is oftentimes clumsy and tends to avoid conflict because of his lack of offensive capabilities.
