I am fortunate to be an aunt to 8 nieces and love watching them grow, learn and develop into actual individuals. However, I know the trouble and tribulations they are about to experience and I wanted to help them be empowered, confident, goal-oriented and creative.  WHY I created this journal  My 7-year-old niece saw me journaling often and wanted one just like mine. I wanted to create a journal that helped her build healthy habits, think about learning more, have more confidence and creatively dream about her future. This journal is different each day with prompts that focus on just that.  WHAT this journal is This journal is a tool to help the conversation and habit building behavior around personal development and a growth mindset. Kids have so many more opportunities and resources to reach their goals and introducing healthy behaviors early is so beneficial.
