Gamblin’s family of Galkyd painting mediums and Cold Wax Medium are formulated with Gamsol. We recommend only Gamsol for thinning these materials.

Cold Wax Medium is made from naturally white, pure beeswax. Formulated to knife consistency, it makes oil colors thicker and more matte. It can be used to make Gamblin mediums and Gamvar more matte.
