Quick Guide Instructions: To apply Quick Coat to the cut-to-size foam panel, spread it at a rate of 3 ounces per square foot. Use a 1/8'' notch trowel to ensure even distribution. For a base color, tint the Quick Coat with epoxy dye. Next, apply the fiber mesh into the wet Quick Coat using a bondo spreader or a shower squeegee, pressing it into the epoxy layer. Allow it to cure for 3-4 hours. Then, apply a second layer of colored Quick Coat, ensuring to remove air bubbles by swiftly sweeping a torch 1-2'' from the surface. Let it cure for 3 hours. Mix Stone Coat Epoxy with your desired color and apply it to the reinforced foam panel. Allow it to cure before applying a clear coat of epoxy or the ultimate top coat as the final step. To install the panels vertically in a shower prepped for tile installation, use silicone. Additionally, seal the corner seams of the shower panels with silicone.
