If you worry about losing your earrings, an unobtrusive stopper could be the answer. Just slip one on the end of your earwire once in the ear and they won't be going anywhere.

You didn't know that monsters wore earrings? Actually these are just bigger than a standard scroll back, making them less fiddly and also more supportive of large or heavy earrings. They can be used with our SH stud and hook or FSS flat stud findings.
Hanging hoops are most commonly used with long ballwires, though they can be attached to any earring finding which has a loop (using jump rings if necessary). To decorate, gently open the hoop and add your chosen beads and/or pendant. When closing it can be helpful to bend the tip of the hoop upwards slightly using pliers before replacing, this will encourage it to stay put!
Kidney wires are designed to close once in the ear, the end of the wire is held in place by the tiny hook. Your chosen beads (on a headpin or eyepin) or pendant can be added to the partly formed loop at the front, then squeeze gently with pliers to secure.
We love these little drop studs, they could simply be worn on their own or use the hole at the bottom to add a favourite dangle.
Everybody needs a set of ear hoops but there's nothing stopping you adding extra beads to turn them into a real statement.
