Get your nails ready for Lilo & Stitch! Individual decals measure 5-8 mm depending on design. Decals can be used with regular nail polish, gel, or powder nails but look best on light colors. Decals have a transparent background. Decals need to be sealed with a top coat. Instructions are included with the decals. Easy to use! HOW TO APPLY WATERSLIDE DECALS: Seal the decal by applying a layer of topcoat to your selected design. Allow to fully dry. Cut out the decal as close as possible to the edges for a clean look, the closer the cut the easier it will apply to the nail. Soak the decal in water for 10-30 seconds. Once soaked completely, take decal out of the water and dry off completely. Use tweezers or fingers to slide the decal off of the backing. Apply decal to the nail and seal with top coat or finish gel for a long lasting finish!
