Established in 1989, Misty Meadows Herbal Center strives to bring the art and science of herbalism to our greater community. We offer herbal education at all levels, from fun intro playshops to comprehensive herbal training at beginner and advanced levels.
Natural history programs for children, families and groups are offered year round.
The farm sits on 60+ acres of conservation land. Our gardens are free of chemicals and we use a gentle blending of organic and some biodynamic practices.
More than 3 miles of beautifully maintained woodland trails boast hundreds of wild medicinal plant species, a meditation space and a 40' labyrinth. We encourage visitors to bring a rock for the labyrinth in exchange for its healing energy gift.
In winter months, visitors are welcome to enjoy x-country skiing and snow shoeing. No wheeled or motorized vehicles are allowed.
