It is not a 'sticky' glue, but is merely used as a fixator to keep your yarn in place. Use a big brush or a roller to apply latex glue to the back of your hand tufted rug while keeping it stretched on your frame. Let it dry completely and cut out your rug. warning:Make sure you glue this in a ventilated room (or outside).
