CarPro Perl is a concentrated water-based protective coating for rubber, vinyl, plastic, and leather surfaces. CarPro Perl provides a water-resistant coating and a long-lasting variable-shine depending on how many coats you apply, and how much you dilute the product. CarPro Perl can be used full strength for an extreme high-gloss shine, or diluted 1 to 5 with water for use on interior surfaces (leather, plastic, vinyl). Since CarPro Perl is water-based, rest assured it will never leave a greasy finish. As a matter of fact, CarPro Perl actually helps repel dust and dirt, keeping treated surfaces clean and protected. External plastics: 1 part PERL - 1~3 parts water. Engine: 1 part PERL - 1~3 parts water. Tires & rubber: Undiluted. We recommend 2 thin coats with 20 minutes or more between will offer the best looking dark black tires you will find. Interior vinyl and
