These CRL Vinyl Roller Tools are ideal for inserting all types of flat spline and roll-in gaskets. The grip on the solid aluminum handle is knurled for sure handling and the 1/2 (12.7 mm) wide 1-1/2 (38 mm) hard nylon wheel runs smoothly on ball bearings. Choose from our popular 11 (279 mm) standard length tool or for a two hand grip our 17 (432 mm) extra length model. The pointed end of the tools makes it easy to push spline or gaskets into corners.

This is a plain back patio door roller assembly with a 1-1/2 in. concave plastic ball bearing roller. It has a plain back housing that is 3/4 in. wide with a 7/8 in. flare, and is 1-9/16 in. tall. It is rear adjusting with a threaded mounting hole on the back end. It is used by Harcar and a variety of manufacturers of patio doors.
