Eight years ago, my husband and I became guardians of 2 little brothers. I took the pretty things I had in my collections and packed them all away to make boys rooms out of my guest rooms. (We have already raised 4 children, adults now). So, after some serious thought, I have decided that by the time they graduate high school and go off to college, I will be too old to really enjoy my collections. I am therefore listing all of my spare room collectibles. I have some pretty unique things that I am sure someone would like to have. I am going to start with my collection of small child size sewing machines. Purchased over a period of about 10 years. None of these are tested as I displayed them only, did not ever try to use any of them. This is a Great and Rare all heavy duty metal, sewing machine. It is a Stitchmistress and made in the USA. It has a chrome sewing plate and is in pretty nice condition. The paint is a burgundy/red color. The crank is wooden. It is 6" across and 7" tall. This is the only Stitchmistress I have ever found.
