The Skillful snuff bottle carver fashioned a matching cover for this interesting petrified wood fossil bottle. It is of a flattened globular shape with sloping shoulders and ending in a short raised oval foot. The cap is made of the same material and the stopper is wood and it is an old spoon. The textures on the bottle with lines and small irregular spots are rather unusual, as a result of the wood being fossilized
