A beautifully made brooch dating to the late Edwardian/early Deco era circa 1920. Made by Brod & Co of Newark, NJ and centering an old brilliant cut diamond set in immaculate filigree with two square cut emerald simulants, which are typical for colored accent stones of the time period. Note that this brooch is detailed in 360 degrees, every edge and corner has been designed and decorated. And also note the little frame of filigree hearts! Just lovely and very wearable!

Contains one central natural brilliant cut diamond weighing approximately .15ct. Also contains two emerald glass stones.
