Our Birch Cream Caramels are rich, creamy and laced with pecans. The candies are indiviudally wrapped in gold foil for a visual and culinary treat. Available in boxes or bags in several sizes.

Alaskan Birch Syrup is made from real Alaskan Birch trees. Our Alaskan Birch Syrup has a sweet dark flavor with hints of caramel and molasses. Try as a glaze on salmon and chicken. Use in your stews, legumes, or veggies. The harvest season for birch syrup can be as short as 7 days or as long as 23 days once a year. Over 100 gallons of birch sap are reduced to make 1 gallon of Pure Birch Syrup.
