8/0 Metal Seed Beads - Matte Zinc Plate

Made in America, these brass seamed beads are plated with a finish good enough for us to use them in our own projects. They do not replace sterling or gold filled seamless beads, but for much of the jewelry being made today, they are a great match. Their size and shape mirrors a 3mm bead in size. You may get a few in your bag where the seams don't meet, but we hope you will agree that it's a small price to pay for an affordable, sturdy bead that is so good looking. A visit to the factory in Providence, Rhode Island is like stepping back in time; it is all done the same way it was 100 years ago.
