We finally did it! Since our companies inception in 2019 our customers have been asking for a full 48x24 silicone mold for making small tables and cornhole boards. The problem with large, heavy silicone molds is that they are very expensive. Thus, we designed this mold with a minimum viable wall thickness of 1/2 so we could offer this at a reasonable price. If you are filling the mold with only resin or making a river table where wood is not butt up against the 48 long inside walls (and thus a large volume of resin may be pushing outwards on the walls) we suggest using a temporary wall support on the outside of the mold, such as a strip of 1/2 or 3/4 thick plywood to keep the longest walls from bending outwards.
This mold features a polished finish to give your resin a glossy look right out of the mold.
