3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP420 Black Epoxy Adhesive comes with cartridges and is a toughened, two-part epoxy adhesive. It gives better strength required with high impact and is resistant to vibration that helps to meet the most demanding challenges. It is convenient and easy-to-use solution for tough end-use applications. It gives good performance with shear strength of 4500 PSI and peel strength of 50 PIW. Adhesive can be used in joining, gluing, adhering, attaching, repairing, potting, panel bonding, adhering and structural bonding. It is sold as 12 per case.

The 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP420 is a black flowable liquid epoxy adhesive with a high shear strength of 4500 psi. It has a work time of 15-30 minutes and full cure time of 24 hours at 72°F. It is suitable for use in composite metalworking plastic specialty vehicle and woodworking industries. This adhesive is available in a 50 mL cartridge and has a self-leveling viscosity. It is flame retardant and can be used both indoors and outdoors. The storage temperature range is 60°F-80°F.
