Lascaux Brush Cleaner is an extremely powerful yet gentle-acting brush cleaner for acrylic and oil paints. Highly economical to use, Lascaux Brush Cleaner can be diluted with water and can be re-used. Solvent-free and biodegradable Applications Lascaux Brush Cleaner removes acrylic and gouache (and to some extent also oil paint) gently and reliably  Cleans artists' brushes and other painting and spraying tools Properties Lascaux Brush Cleaner contains no solvents, phopsphates, acids or caustic alkalis Biologically degradable Not flammable, and does not strain or attack bristles of artists brushes, fabric, wood or other art materials Directions Lascaux Brush Cleaner is extremely economical: A dilution of 50:50 with water is good for most applications. Undiluted application is only necessary for encrusted deposits of old paint. Lascaux Brush Cleaner strength increases with heating. Time for cleaning may take from a few minutes to days depending on age and condition of residues. Clean tools afterwards with warm water.
