This%201%2F4%22%20thick%2012%22%20x%2036%22%20cork%20sheet%20can%20be%20cut%20to%20make%20perfectly%20scaled%20bricks.%20Kristine%20Hanna%20of%20Paper%20Doll%20Miniatures%20introduced%20this%20technique%20to%20us%20and%20used%20it%20on%20the%20exterior%20of%20the%20Brentwood%20Dollhouse.%20To%20achieve%20the%20result%20shown%20on%20the%20Brentwood%2C%20the%20cork%20can%20be%20cut%20into%20long%20thin%20strips%20approx.%201%2F8%22%20wide.%20The%20strips%20should%20then%20be%20further%20cut%20into%203%2F4%22%20individual%20pieces.%20This%20allows%20the%20bricks%20to%20stay%20the%20same%20height%20(1%2F4%22)%20and%20width%20(3%2F4%22)%20but%20vary%20slightly%20in%20depth%20to%20provide%20a%20realistic%20look.%20Kristine%20then%20individually%20glued%20the%20bricks%20to%20the%20exterior%2C%20with%20each%20edge%20butting%20up%20to%20another%20brick%20edge%2C%20eliminating%20the%20need%20for%20grout.%20She%20then%20painted%20the%20applied%20bricks%20with%20flat%20white%20house%20paint.%20Kristine%E2%80%99s%20complete%20instructions%20are%20attached%20for%20your%20reference.%20Two%20sheets%20would%20be%20needed%20to%20do%20the%20entire%20Brentwood%20exterior%2C%20with%20some%20leftovers%3B%20one%20sheet%20would%20be%20enough%20for%20just%20the%20front.%20%203%22Square%20shown%20above.%0A%0ASheet%3A%2012%22%20x%2036%22
